An education beyond the classroom
A recent female graduate from Duke decided freshman year to start keeping a detailed list of all of her male suitors over her four years at the university. She began her "research" on the athletes of Duke and created a 42 page power point presentation describing her every encounter with these 13 men. The report included all their names and a few pictures each. After vividly, and quit entertainingly if you ask him, describing not only their intimate escapades she also included their pick up lines, size and of course a ranking from 1-13. She included her evaluation process in the report judging the boys on things such as physical attractiveness, talent, athletic ability and of course size. She obviously didn't do all this work for no one to see so she sent the report on to a few of her girl friends and I'm sure you can guess what happened from there. Obviously since I am writing about it now, her friends didn't keep this to themselves. While the report I put in this post blurred out the pictures as well as the boys names, it was not hard for me to google a little further and gain full access to pictures as well as names.
What does this mean for the author? I'm sure she will at the very least get a publishing deal out of this. It was very well written and extremely entertaining. I'm sure the boys as well as her parents were not as pleased to say the least. I'm wondering if any of them will have a claim against her for this? Defamation/libel might be difficult considering everything was true. She did say one of the boys from her research is now an MLB player.Would a law suit against this girl even be worth their time?

This whole situation is
This whole situation is pretty disgusting if you ask me. I feel as if it was a blatant publicity stunt just done strictly for the sake of making a statement. If this girl felt like whoring herself out, then by all means, she should have, after all it was her choice to do so. However, she should have kept it to either her small circle of friends or herself. To actually publish this sort of thing is despicable. She should be embarrassed for having her name out there. Imagine looking back at that! What would potential employers say? What would her family think? What would her school think?
What's done behind closed doors should stay behind closed doors, don't you think so?

If someone pulled that kind
If someone pulled that kind of bullshit with me I'd rip them apart in and out of court. That's completely unacceptable behavior. If I were in a position of power at that university I'd do everything I could to revoke her diploma, or at least delay her graduation until she's taken some classes in etiquette or something.
